Keeping fit is very important for most people. People who are in good shape are less likely to develop many kinds of long-term health issues from diabetes to heart disease and even cancer. Good exercise habits can also help people feel better and have more energy all day long.

Walking is also an ideal way to stay in shape. Walking puts little stress on the joints and can be done at any time of the day. Buy a comfortable pair of walking shoes and you’re on your way to fitness all year long.

Local Parks

Local parks can also serve as a source of great workouts if you’re watching your pennies. Many local parks have well maintained trails, allowing you to get a great walk while also enjoying a fabulous view and company during your workout.

A Bike

Exercise bikes are often available second hand for a small fee. Buy one and you’ll have a form of convenient exercise in your home. Regular bikes that are not held to the floor can also be found used. Buy a helmet with it, commute to work when the weather permits, and you’ll not only get fit, you’ll also save money at the same time.

Online Videos

Sites like youtube have many free workout videos you can use. No need to buy a workout when you can get one for free right in the comfort of your own home. Look for a workout geared towards your fitness level.

We all know that eating fruits has lots of benefits to our body but do you really know what it can do to you? I hope this post can enlighten you somehow on the benefits of fruits and what they can do our body.

I believe that there is a time that you create your own fantasy.  It must be the time when you and your partner has some issues  that you don’t know how to resolve.

Just this evening while waiting for my turn to be checked up, i saw a post on the doctor’s office on how to fire up your relationship with your love one. Some of the lines says something like this,

There are times  in our marriage life that we feel cold because of  some problems in our personal life or probably of some stress and communication becomes weaker and thus our love especially love making becomes much lesser.

If the excitement turns to sour, our marriage life becomes stressful and there are times that relationship falls does the reason for some marriage break-up or infidelities.  I always believe that marriage is binded with trust, confidence and respect and sex is just an icing on the top but without sex in our relationship, i guess the passion for each other will turn into a bitter one which we also don’t want to happen.

Some easy tips to fire up again that diminishing sparks are;

Communicate:  communication is always best in every relationship,  talk out your problem and exchange sweet thoughts and sweet words.

Tender loving care :  TLC as we often called it works best,  giving our tender loving care ignite the desire for each other.

Think back how it was : think of your good memories together, the love you shared ,the happy memories and you will end up creating another one.

Give a surprise :  surprise your lover with a gift or perhaps do something that she/he love, even it’s very simple like cooking, baking or a gift of sexy things that you can both share.

Share a bath together :  i guess this works well.  A romantic bath can take both of you away from the stress or negative energy.  Light a scented candle, put some fresh petals and use perfumed bath wash.

Fitness: Quaker Oat Cookies- Indulge without sacrificing your diet

Your on a diet. Does it mean you need to be very strict on your diet and forget how good eating is?

Well, i believe that there are still ways for you to enjoy a hearty snacks without compromising your diet.

Try this  oat cookies and flavored oatmeals coming from my favorite brand of Oatmeal. With less fat, no artificial flavor and 0% trans fat, I don’t need to worry too much that I am  ruining my diet plan.    Afterall, what I am really after is getting a good health and we all know that oats are good for our body.

Oats is a good source of fiber, it’s good for lowering blood cholesterol, blood sugar, and contains hundred of phytochemicals that helps reduce the risk of cancer.

And because of it’s high fiber content, i don’t have any problem with my vowel anymore.  Before, i used to have an irregular vowel which is really a big problem but with oats in my diet,  it improves a lot.   I guess, i’m really on the road of getting fit and healthy living.

Fitness : Nestle Fitnesse 14 days program to kick your lifestyle

Since the beginning of the year, i told myself that I really needed a change. I wanted to make my self more good looking and healthy and what can I do to achieve this,  start on a diet and choose foods that are healthy.

I have heard already this 14 days program promoted by Nestle Fitnesse since last year but I wasn’t able to pursue since i have many personal issues to deal with.

So, this January, i thought why not give it a try,  I might not be able to achieve this sexy body for just 14 days I can able to lose weight and more fit than before.

The suggested menu plan  says that you need to replace two of your meals into just eating Nestle Fitnesse wholegrain cereals but since I don’t think I could really do that, i opt to make it into one cup of cereals a day,  either in the morning or in the evening and the usual one cup of rice is now 1/2 or sometimes less but i still eat viands which are fish, vegetables, chicken and sometimes a little meat so i can still have a balance diet.

I drink low fat milk or sometimes i drink Anlene since my body lacks in calcium.

So, did I lose weight in 2 weeks?

The first two weeks is really crucial but i was able to lose 1/2 kg or 1.10 pounds.  Well, I guess not bad. I still don’t achieve that sexy body i have been wanting but losing 1/2 kg in just two weeks is a sweet news in my ears.  Atleast, I’m getting progress and i’m on my way to a new and fitter me.

Even the simplest women in the world, has some fashion within her, she just doesn’t know how to make it work and eventually let her heart open to new possibilities and changes.  When, i was younger, i never imagine myself a fashionable one, poor in money and things, I just rely on the things i have and make it work not to make myself feel good or to be able to belong to some one company or friendship but because it’s me.

I believe that being fashionable is also a state of mind, if you think you are and you will be one. You need to be fabulous and graceful even under pressure and hardship.  I remember someone told me before, that she doesn’t understood my fashion, that i have no taste but just by hearing those words, I have created that scenario where she noticed me.  Other may see that I am different but who cares, Coco says that it’s better to be slightly underdressed because on that instance, others will look at you.

Laughter is the Best Medicine

Laughter is still the best medicine. There are many great benefits of laughing in our health.   Laughter is created between two or more people , that’s why it was social signal, it disappears when your at yourself otherwise when people see you laughing alone, they will probably think that your crazy.

Finding your simple joys in life is not as hard as you think.  There are many ways to enjoy even with a not so beautiful day. Stress comes to those who accept it.  When you see things in a bright prospective and learn to laugh even with the hardship of life, you can see that things can be better.

Laughter establish a positive emotional climate and good connection to people.  That’s maybe the same reason why laughter among group or friends creates a harmonious atmosphere.  Laughter in the family, makes a pleasurable day and when a woman laughs, it means she is happy and had a healthy relationship.

Smile and laughter can be infectious, when we someone laughing , we can feel that emotional happiness and we tend to laugh also.  Sometimes, you get to laugh even when we do stupid things.  It is not we are laughing at our mistakes but we does that because we accept it.

Just looking at her beautiful picture makes me wonder again that I needed extra effort to be more fit not that i envy her beautiful figure but my only wish is to at least make my stomach more slimmer.

 

Secret to a healthy you

Whatever you do, whatever you think, make sure you do what is needed to be done.  They say that there are different secret on how you can have a beautiful body. Some gave their full effort but nothing change the fact that they are still fat and voluptuous.

Giving up the things you always eat, will mean a lot.  Sometimes, we take for granted the healthy benefits of what we eat that’s why we keep on eating too much and ending up big , fat and ugly.  Well, it’s a fact that we can’t deny that when things like this happens in our life, we feel unloved, neglected and insecure.

So, the first thing you should do is to accept who you are , accept the fact that I am now FAT AND UGLY and the next thing is to deal with it. If you are in a denial that you are not, you will end up messing things more and even getting fatter.

  The food pyramid is very basic and well known even my an elementary student.  If we only knew how to use this properly, we might not end up feeling so lost just like what you are feeling right now.  Don’t worry, you are not alone.  Million of people are suffering not just in obesity but over weight and half of it are trying to do things to improve their situation and have a healthy living.

There is a saying that if your stress in life, it tends that you are more inclined to resort on eating.  I know the feeling because i once done it in my life and what happened, i gained weight that later on, i was cursing ice cream already.  But who wouldn’t love ice cream?  I would definitely not give it up unless the price would become $100 per serving.

Many claims about this so secret for a healthy , sexy looking body.  Some even used slimming tea, slimming capsule, lotion and just anything to make them thinner but still no fair results had happen.  Maybe, unless you decided to have a surgical or intervention from clinics.

First thing first, accept the reality that this is your current situation and think of ways on how to improve it.  Love your body, who would you think would love it?  If you could not accept the fact, how others could accept it?  Respect yourself if you wanted to be respected.  Don’t laugh or cry because the attitude of others towards you would vary on how you handle things on your end.  Love your body and all will follow.
